Aerotek professional services currently has several openings in San Ramon, CA for an inside sales position with a client company.
Aerotek is seeking a candidate who has at least 3 years of successful inside sales experience, cold calling. This position pays $15.50/hour + uncapped commission and is 40 hours/week.
This position requires a drug test and background check. All candidates applying to this position must be willing to submit to both of these checks.
Inside Sales duties:
- Cold calling
- Participation in ongoing coaching and training to maximize performance
- Make 150+ phone calls per day
- Use effective communication and customer service skills when dealing with current and prospective clients
Inside Sales required qualifications:
- 3+ years of successful inside sales
- Excellent telephone skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma
