Aerotek professional services currently has several openings in San Ramon, CA for outside sales people with a client company.
Aerotek is seeking a candidate who has at least 2 years experience in outside sales, including cold-calling, presenting, and closing business deals.
This position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The pay begins at a $3,500/mo draw, and will decrease over time as your commission naturally increases.
This position requires a background check and employment education verification check. All candidates applying to this position must be willing to submit to these checks.
Outside Sales duties:
- Outbound cold-calling via phone and in person
- Participate in on-going coaching and training to increase sales
- Follow-up with ALL sales issues as needed
Outside Sales required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales experience
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clean DMV record and car insurance
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
