Warehouse/Inside/Outside Sales
Aerotek is currently working for a client company that is seeking individuals looking for a career in sales. The available position is a progressive inside-to-outside sales position for a wood supply and distribution company.
Candidates accepted for this position will start out as a sales trainee. Candidates will start out working in the warehouse handling lumber, pulling orders etc for about 6-8 months in order to gain experience and product knowledge.
Once the 6-8 month period is over, and you have proven yourself, the position will move to inside sales. As an inside sales representative you will be involved in taking inbound calls, contacting vendors, and coordinating activities within the warehouse. Once the inside sales role is mastered, you will be moved into an outside sales role; where attracting new clients and developing & maintaining current clients is a must.
Starting pay for this position is $39,000 plus 10% profit sharing for the first year. Once you are moved into the outside sales position salary will increase to $51,000 plus 16% profit sharing. This position is a direct hire position. Offers a full benefits package as well as a 401 K plan. Other incentives such as: your own company car, vehicle maintenance, and gas card included.
