Inside Sales/Customer Service
Our client, a consumer products company, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Wallingford, CT.
On a day to day basis, the Customer Service Representative will be making outbound calls to warm leads to try to set appointments for the outside sales team. They will also be providing company and product information to new customers.
Qualified candidates will possess experience in customer service and/or sales and must be highly motivated.
This position offers a base salary plus bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses. The hours are 3:00 pm-Midnight Monday through Thursday and Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm. There are also part time options available.
