Naperville: Inside Sales
One of our clients is currently hiring in their admissions department. The ADMISSIONS ADIVISOR will recruit students to enroll in their online courses. This position is located in the Western suburbs and is a direct placement with our client.
The admissions advisor is responsible for recruiting prospective students to enroll in the university's online undergraduate school program. The admissions advisor will make outbound phone calls to potential students, interview potential students for enrollment qualifications, and follow the potential student while they go through the admissions process.
Main requirements of the admissions advisor:
*Outbound phone calls off warm leads
*Meet deadlines and quotas by hitting sales goals
*Work in an outbound call center environment
*Work well with a team in order to develop professionally
Main qualifications of the admissions advisor:
*Previous inside or outside sales experience (1-3 years)
*Flexible schedule
*Someone who is promotable within the admissions department
*BACHELORS DEGREE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED
